The buds have barely developed. I'm thinking another 3-4 weeks at least before harvest.

1st week I notice the first pistils only on one plant, why?I begin to notice the first pistils after the 1st week of flowering only on one plant, the other plants are getting longer and continue the vegetative cycle, why? Best way to cure your harvest? Any tips or best practices would handy. I know I need mason jars and humidity packs and a dark place. I read I should leave the plant alive but in total darkness for 3 days before I harvest? I am so confused, but I know curing is very important.6y ago
