Reuse bio bizz soil

Terpyboyz
Terpyboyzstarted grow question a year ago
I’ve got a lot of bio bizz all mix soil used after this run. Now with it being organically fed which is for loads microbes already in the soil pots. Instead of throwing all this soil out can it be reused? Or just bin it and restart?

I appreciate the response guys 💪🏻 it’s a shit load of soil but think instead of taking the experiment route I’m just going to sive through it remove roots and just use it for the garden soil - least it’s already got loads off additives for next year’s outdoors crops.

With organic you can reuse and adding beneficial bacteria or fungus would be ideal. The only concern would be it being too hot upon a new seedling. Doing a mix of some new with old might be a possibility as well.

I use theirs nute line and some side products long, never bought , looks pricey, but its sustainable, reusable according to manufacturer https://www.ecothrive.co.uk/catalogue/eco-life_30/ I stick to Biobizz soils 4long, tried many brands, all mix blend suited me most. I reused it , but for outdoors plants, after soil had normal vegetables cycle in green house( full year ), so its not the same. For indoors never bothered and bought new.

I normally buy new soil. But my last grow I removed all the roots and have kept the soil and am planning on treating it to use again. Mainly as an experiment.

No. Never reuse soil. Always start with fresh soil. it has roots from last crop. Prevention is better than cure. start fresh.

generally yes , easiest way : tackle/fishing shop - 1kg of red californian worms, some box with drainage for compost or so, water weekly, try to aerate too, 3-6 month she is ready to be used, but if you keep outdoors many pests can get to grow area ... coco they desinfect in ovens even. roots are you main problem and downgrading them naturaly.

If you use organic fertilizer, it’s ok to reuse it, it will be even better. I would suggest using some enzymes to decade the nutrients more faster.
