Saw some green spot in the roots while transferring to a bigger airpot. What is it and is it normal? Didn’t see it before.

Roots that are older, dried out, have come in contact with light, or have any sort of major ambient change can become like this.
It's really hard to tell in this photo if that's even what it is, but that would be my best guess without knowing more information.
Is it squishy or hard?

Roots on fireWe are in the 4th week of vegi period and changed the pots one week ago. From 0,5 liter to 11 Liter. And now the roots came out of the pots on the downsite (one 10cm). Is that a problem or can we just leave them like this and send them to bloom? If its a problem, what can we do?

Flushing soil due to tds ppm?I got a TDS meter last week and with my feeding 2 days ago I tested the run off and got a ppm of out of limits for the meter. I think it stops reading around 5000ppm. So now my next question is should I flush the soil. Thinking about using sledgehammer or flora kleen.Week 4
