2 of 4 girls are mature enough for lst but I think the one in the first pic should stretch a bit before perform it and the 2nd is more than ready.. suggestion?

Train them as they become ready. Each one is unique and you have to adapt your training schedule around what the plant does. Happy growing.

Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right?
I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks

LST - How to Scrog helpLooking for advice on how to use a SCROG auto. Bought one to try LST but confused how it works. Looking at videos people just seem to squash on top during veg. !! OUTDOOR !! || LST on AUTOsNever had a satisfying LST when growing Autos outdoor, my idea is that suboptimal conditions of outdoor enviroment lead to slowed veg (compared to indoor) and low stretch. Maybe letting them grow without training in the end leads to bigger yield. What's your idea/experience?Buds. Too few
