Yes you should really try to get humidity up.The things Justa_Retard mentioned are good solutions. You never can know how bad starting conditions can have an impact on the matured plant and the outcome in the end.

Handdoeken nat in je tent ophangen en je wanden nat spuiten. Ik heb dan uiteindelijk een luchtbevochtiger gekocht op bol. Com voor 30 euro en probleem was opgelost, succes

In truth, 45% won't hurt it and, in this case, foliar spraying at lights out becomes an option so she doesn't dry out. Ideally, the want it a little damper, but I doubt it will affect your final results in any noticeable way. Take a bucket and fill it with water. Put an absorbent cloth over the edge, half in the water, half outside the bucket. Place a fan blowing on the rag. Assuming the rag wicks up moisture, this should raise your humidity enough. And don't worry, the low humidity will help you later on as they get bigger, your RH will go way up!

It kinda depends on the strain. Tho, seedlings generally like higher levels of humidity, than the other stages. Try adding a wet towel and a bowl of water to the tent, and see if you can't raise the humidity levels to at least above 50, preferably 60 and above, tho they'll still grow at lower levels especially if the strain is from colder climates.
