The air where i live is very dry, so i have humidity issues from a low end stand point. My plants transpire which raises the humidity, and i have a trigger that turns my extraction fan on when it rises above 55% and it won't turn off till the sensor detects the humidity is below that threshold. My system triggers more to exhaust humidity than it ever does for temperature. Grab yourself a 6" AC Infinity Cloudline exhaust fan with the controller 69. It's a strong ass fan man, it's what i use in my 4x4. You could equally use the 4" version and it'll be good.
If your outside relative humidity is high, then you might have to go the dehumidifier route. Another option, but a more expensive one that has it's own problems, is running a HID light. They produce a lot more heat than LED and will make your air dryer in your grow space, at the cost of higher electricity usage. But, dehumidifiers use a lot of electricity too, so it's a trade off.
LED = Less heat, Less Electricity, Higher humidity, Dehumidifier (more electricity)
HID = More heat, More electricity, Lower humidity, Potentially no Dehumidifier (less electricity)
