I would like to plant new seeds but my indoor is in the 12/12 flowering phase, how could I make them not bloom?

Take them out and put them under another light elsewhere for an extra 4-6 hours each day. It does not need to be a grow light, even a desk lamp will stop them from enteing the flowering cycle.

If photoperiods they are controlled by the amount of light. So there is no way unless you provide a seperate area for them.

They won’t be mature enough to flower for about 3-4 weeks after sprout so you could veg them under 12/12 until then. Around day 30 they will be mature enough enough to flower. At that point you’ll need to up the lighting to have at most 9-10 hours of darkness to say in Veg.
