How bad is it if I left The green light that I have in my grow room just like a light for me to see when it’s dark because they say green is the one the years I left it on during the dark 12 hour dark. Should I keep them in dark and literally just do a full 24hr darkness or what?

A good metaphor would be the red light they use for night adaptive vison at sea.
Red light is much LESS likely to affect night vision but intensity matters and its not absolute.
Green is part of the natural sunlight spectrum and its going to have some quantum effect in photosynthesis just not enough to swing the chemistry, one hopes.
