That is the spots where plant us growing. The leaves don't start green. They turn green as the chlorophyll is activated by the light. The darker green tells how much nitrogen is in the plant. Which in your case is pretty strong.

Is this an auto or photo? When the flower cycle starts the new growth tends to be a lighter green in color compared to older growth. If it's a auto then it could be starting to transition, since that happens on its own cycle. If youre growing a photo and flipped the light schedule to flower then it could be the start of that cycle.
