I'm a new grower. This is my second grow. I noticed these and was not familiar if this is normal? I hope so. It is happening on multiple buds. Thanks

This is the normal course of flower formation. The plant is still trying to develop the flowers further. However, you are already approaching harvest, so perhaps check the thrichomes to see if you can already harvest. It could happen very quickly now! Be careful not to leave it in flower for too long, otherwise it will go into survival mode and produce seeds. Have fun harvesting buddy!

Robert is correct if your deep into the Flowering stage and new growth appears it's a clear sign your plant is stressed by either too much light or heat. Good luck

Looks like the start to a fox tail. Light is too intense or it is too warm.

Completely normal: your plants are still alive and gonna make new flowers until the end. ^^
