Snapped stem on the main branch towards the main cola. Will she recover swiftly?

I snapped the main stem! Towards the main cola. She is an autoflower, the break was roughly 1/3rd deep into the stem. I propped her up and taped her with clear cellotape pretty tightly. She wasn't like full blown flopping but had a bend. Will she recover?

You did the right thing, and all you can do. Should be perky within 24-48 hours. They heal quickly. remove the tape once it is solidly fused together so you don't restrict any future growth. do keep any eye out for nanners and such due to stress.. no guarantee, but does elevate risk.

There's also more info on my grow diary I'll add a pic of the affected area best I can don't wanna disturb her leaves too much as I've also done some leaf tucking today as that's all I pretty much can do now she's weaker

If it helps, the Inside looked quite greenish, starting ripping into some white plant matter towards the centre of the stem but not fully into it more like the outer layer, so the green matter on the outside was a little snapped which is why it flopped a little, sounds like I should be okay? I rectified it pretty quickly and didn't make it any worse when fixing it so hoping not too much stress. If she does hermie from the stress can I cut off the nanners before they pollinate as I will have wedding cake auto growing alongside her. Also just out of curiosity, if she did hermie and produce seeds in my bud, would the seeds be viable? Lol all hypothetical fingers crossed it doesn't get to that!!!

No one can say for sure, but 1/3 deep is promising for recovery. If it seriously ruptured the branch you’ll see BAD wilting above the break within 12-24 hours. If not, you have a good chance at saving above the break

Even if 1/10 os still conected it should heal back. I use paper masking pating mask / tape, one lair with tail for glueing rest. When plant heals, he creates nuckle , aka extra pump in that spot, expands, so leaving squeezed tight tape can rip into healing plant. If that spot is still alive after 48 hours, she will live. After 10-14 days take off bandage.

She should. Best to use a breathable tape in future. Remove tape in a few days to a week when she recovers

I think we've all done it at one time or another. When it's happened to me i use a small popcicle stick or something along those lines as a splint and tape each end on either side of the damaged area.

It'll be ok as long as the hollow inside isn't pinched off.
