They stretched too much. Light was not strong enough

Buddy, add the substrate at the base, leaving a couple of centimeters to the first leaves. Maybe she doesn't have enough light

If you think it's just a shallow root, add a little more of your medium to bury it a little deeper. If you're careful, you can make a support with a piece of straw split down the side, but it's easy to pinch off the plant putting them on if you're not careful. In the future it might help to work in a healthy amount of perlite into your mix. It helps keep your soil loose and aerated which promotes healthy root growth.

If you want to feed them make sure it's very light. 200ppm ish. Just a little bit of water will be fine. Too much water will stifle the soil and suffocate your young seedlings. Don't mist your plants and dont cover them with anything. Don't allow water to touch the stems of your plants to avoid damping off. If your seedling has fallen over get yourself a tooth pick or something else thats small like that and use it to stand her up and lean it against the tooth pick. Just be really gentle with her as it's literally a new born baby, so treat it as such. Your soil looks bad as well with nothing it it to provide aeration to the roots.
