When do i know when to harvest? ive been told about 50% of the hairs turn amber color and thats when and also when the trichomres are milky white but its taking so long shes been like this for a week and a bit just the bud is increasing size, also buds down near base (seem new)

Ideally when all the hairs have changed colour & 20% amber trichromes.
It might surprise how much the buds bulk up in the final fee weeks
If you cut it too early it has a whizz type of effect
Really depends on your preference

I dont understand, this is happening only on one bud site and all other buds are looking good. And I think its too soon for trychomes to become yellow or brown.
