Leaves look really green. Too much nitrogen. You shouldn't have high nitrogen during flower. I'm not up on EC as a measurement. I'm old school and go by ppm, but i think 2.4 EC is a bit high, no? Ahh i looked it up it's 1200ppm which is good. Your plants look hot the way they are curling on the edges It's hard to diagnose, or narrow down a leaf issue when you don't provide all your info. What fertilizer are you using? Whats your temps and RH? I'll bet your VPD is high. I would flush your soil because those leaves are pretty dark green. You also have leaf tip burn. I would check your nutrients cuz your buds are small and your leaves are dark green which to me screams too much nitrogen.
