Late Flower Nute burn?

Everything look alright on these ladies? It's week 8 of Flower for Royal Skywalker. The other plant has turned mostly red hairs but it seems this one is taking her sweet time.
About a 10 days ago she got a little nute toasted and pH jumped to around 7 for a day until I flushed.

This plant seems a few weeks behind the other one I have going, didn't think it was too concerning but since I really have no clue what to look for, best to ask the pros.

Harvest in 2 times, seeking advice, top big branch/buds first and then lowerNow 7 days from harvest. 3 plants with cloudy tricomes, no spottted ambar it's fine.
Is necessary to harvest in 2 times? Give a week more for the bottom "popcorn" buds and the third plant, shorter in shadow?
Should I cut whole largest branches entirely, or cut all at same height

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
