how much water do you use in a week? that'll tell you.. size of pots, size of plants, expected growth all make this an ever-changing need.
you can raise VPD in that time as best you can to reduce plant transpiration, which will reduce drinking, but you need data from your garden to guesstimate how much water they need. If worried, set humidity a bit higher (if controlled) and avoid higher heat, if you can. This will also slow down growth over these 2 weeks too.
Last week i was giving a bout .5 gallons a day to achieve 10% runoff waste. This week i'm around .7gallons per pot. This changes more rapidly with larger plants as their growth rate up to a point is exponential in nature. A plant will double in size every 10-14 days (maybe faster?), if allowed to do so or doesn't hit it's own genetic limitations.
