I am concerned with the lack of growth im getting from this auto white widow and the auto New York. They’re both 7-8 days after sprouting and I am just now starting to see new leaves starting in the center. Should I be worried and is there something I can do to fix this?

The plant should be this size after about 3 days from sprouting. I would see how she develops during the next 3 days. And if she is still this size after 10 days then you know that she is stunted and will not grow anymore.

Take a deep breathe. The first couple of weeks for a new grower is more fighting the urge to "help" your plants and inadvertently stunt or kill them....and stunting out an auto is never good. You don't need nutes, you barely need lights right now... just patience. After it establishes it's root system it will reward you with the growth you're looking for.

Hard to tell with the purple lighting, Best to take photos with standard white lights warm or cold. 3500-6500k The size does not look outside of the normal for a sprout of that age. But the colour of the lights is preventing others from seeing the leaves as they are so if something is wrong we won’t be able to tell. there is some weird shading on the centre of the leaves but i think its just the lights. Best Of Luck!

looks like nodes are stacked directly on top of each other. if it's been like this for several days, possibly stunted from too much light. you've got cotys, then the first serated single leaves then the start of 3-fingred leaves.... and they look like there is zero internode between them in these hard to see pics. Early on there isn't much internode but should develop "some" even so.

LGTM. At this age, your plants are working hard to make roots.
