What would you recommend as the course of action for these girls? I need them to recover quick.... My thoughts are some root tonic? Since giving them last round of nutes, I've just been giving water and recovery is so slow, girls are barely moving....

Hi SION420 You have stunned them my buddy. Nutes to early. 1 action Planting- Transplant into Final pod now mate with light soil. Be really careful with watering. Autoflowers don't like their roots disturbed. Transplanting Autos stuns Growth and with Autoflowers schedule Really tight no time to waste. Stunning them more. 2 Nutritions- I personally start root stimulants form week 1 to week 3. 1/2 recommended dose by supplier. We need a big and healthy root system to have a vital and healthy plant. From Week 3 introduce very low levels off Grow nutritions 1/4 strength From recommended suppliers max doses. This will help the plants get used to been feed. Week 4/5 Up the dose slightly. To half recommend dose By suppliers. And keep feeding next few weeks with half strength Nutritions recommended by manufacturer un till the plant tells you she needs more nutes. When first pistils appear on an auto flower normally between week 4 and 5. Or Photo plant weeks 7-9. I start adding Bloom Nutritions, start slowly with 1/4 recommended doses. It will be beneficial for the plant if you add a little 1ml per litre CalMag solution From week 3 onwards every feed to prevent cal and mag deficiency. Keep in mind if it's an Autoflower they can't take as strong feeding schedules As photoperiodic plants. So I never again will go to max nutritions recommended by suppliers on an Autoflower Plant even on Photo to. Don't go above 3/4 from suppliers recommended dose on Any marijuana plants you will most probably burn them. If you have a lot off experience some Pros try to feed very heavy. 3 Light schedule- 16/8 Or 18/6 preferably Plants need time to relax or they can Become overworked. And light stressed. Weeks 1 to 2- 15000-17000lux Weeks 3 to 5- 30000-35000lux Weeks 6 till Harvest 50000-65000lux 4-Watering no more than 100ml per day first weeks or little roots can get drown. Water Around steam 1-2 cm. Wet dry cycle for seedling. There after will be cool if you have a moisture meter. I water when moisture meter shows 5% moisture left. Air circulation around roots Important I normally make quite a few 5mm holes around the whole pod. Tip- Check my Grows you could decide to do training techniques. If you do on Autoflowers Start as early as possible. Hope this helps.

They look way too small to be taking nutes. They look like they have nute burn. I'd flush them out and maybe even carefully change their soil. Definitely a flush. Are they in nuted soil or a light mix? And they may be under too bright a light. I'd have them under a 50 watt led bulb max. Are they photos or autos? If they're autos your nutes will be killing them. If they're photos they need a quarter dose of grow formula MAX. Clean out their soil. Reduce the lighting. Give them some recovery time. And poke some slits down the side of the pot if you can to let the soil and roots air a little bit to prevent drowning them and rotting them from the roots up.

You are using an inert soilless medium, correct? Meaning you need to provide nutrients every watering from the 2nd week at the latest! Just add nutrients and you will see her heal up. 👍🌱

You have them in coco and since there are no nutes in coco it will show deficiencies when feeding with just water. You have your base nutrients, feed them with a 200 ppm solution and slowly move up in ppm as the weeks progress. After a feeding or two it should perk right up :).
