You're going to have to give them some time to make new roots. It's a totally different root structure in DWC vs soil. Your ppm might not be high enough either for your cuttings so make sure you get it up to about 400 ppm with bloom nutrients.

Little by little, they need nitrogen to kickstart the natural cycle in the soil. If you have the growing medium supplemented, it shouldn't take more than a week to grow super healthy. Otherwise, you should supplement with nitrogen, and it would be good to add calcium/magnesium in foliar form.

That's probably just the shock from transplanting. If the pH is right and the soil isn't totally over-fertilized, they should all recover. It's best to give them 24 hours of light until they're green again.
