Do you pH your mixture before you water it in? If you are growing in Peat, it is likely to have dolomite lime in it because peat is naturally acidic. If you are growing in peat i would reset that soil with a good solid flush of pH 6.2 tap water. That will wash out any built up salts around the roots and resolve any lock out situations and drench the soil in a good pH range. Let the soil dry out till the pot feels light when picked up, then feed again.
And i'd suggest tossing Bio Bizz nutrients in the trash. Or anything made by that company. I've no experience with that brand other than constantly seeing people in grow questions asking for help because their gardens are fucked up and it's often.....very often a Biobizz nutrient user.
