Too small?

This is my first plant. She's 52 days old, and 11cm tall. Is she too small for her age? Also does anything look wrong with her? (illness, lack of nutrients, etc) I noticed that the 2 leaves (those after the withering seed leaves) have an orange spot in the tip.

Ok well my profile may say I'm a rookie , but this isnt true ;) I have had a problem like this before and it's an EASY solution: Get a CFL compact florescent light or any florescent(6500k if possible )and put it over your plant , keeping it as close to the ant as possible without burning it . Usually you can get pretty close (probably less than 2 inches ) to the plant . Do this for a week or two , after that I promise this will solve you problem because: Your plant has put all it energy into stretching towards a light it cant reach . If you get that light close it will stop stretching at put focus in to other parts that will strengthen the stem . Also I would suggest low nuitrents for the next 2 weeks . I have brought ants BACK TO LIFE with this technique so it will work . Keep it up . The first grow is the hardest but when it's done you will be HOOKED :) The heat

She is clearly reaching and hugging for light. I made a similar mistake when growing indoors and using a cheap 12watt led growing light (see my diary here: growdiaries.com/diaries/40280-royal-critical-auto-000/week/219312 Your plant will have not a strong stem, no strong roots, clearly not more darker greenish leaves. All things which I also encountered in my first grow. Also keep in mind that: windows block certain frequencies. With the amount of leaves you have there, I would have been less concerned when: it was only 5cm tall, had a thicker stem, leaves looking darker green, only 2-3weeks old (for amateurs like us). I would also recommend you to start another seed, which you provide a good amount of light (there are professional brands of LED lights out there for around 160 USD, hassle free) and provide it with either a draft of wind or a small soft ventilator. And if you are up for it, keep this one as an experimental charity project which would take a very long time (then normal) to recover. Trying to keep such a plant alive is already a good learning point for future growths. Good thing of you to reach out and asking for help!!!

Considering this an autoflower, I would start over, because she's way behind. They grow based on maturity and at Day 52 she should be showing pre-flowers. So to answer the question, yes she is too small for her age and she looks like she had a lack of light, that's what caused the stretching and also lack of nutrients, and the soil looks wet instead of moist. And If you ever have any questions don't hesitate to send a private message I'd be more than welcome to help anytime.

She is not getting enough light, you have her grown by window light it's just not enough. Indoors You need to use a powerful light.

Pop another seed , you are losing your time , even if you makes her bounce back you'll lost more time taking care of her than poping a new seed. Next time try to : - Not water every 2 days but when let the soil get a bit dry before watering. - Give nutrients ( liquid or dry , by watering or too dressing depending of the type of nutrients) - Try to respect the 18h for the vegetative stage and 12h for the flowering so if you wanna grow properly you'll need a lamp or 18h of outdoor light to veg your plant. To be honest with you at 52 days you should have more than 2 or 3 stages of leaves. I encourage you to compare you plant to others plants at the same age on others peoples diaries. Take a look at the website grow weed easy to learn how to grow

She looks ok considering at a guess lack of light plus lack of nutrient

Hey friend, I'm all for natural sunlight and I'm sure she'll enjoy that, but i would head down to the local store and pickup at least a 2 pack of cfl bulbs(the twisty ones) and if a hardware store is near grab 2 clamp lights and place her under those asap. You may also want some sort of stick (kabob stick) to hold her stem steady. But definitely increase light intensity.

Ya man she's way too small for 52 days I can tell by how long she is that she's not getting strong enough light she's stretching for it and the temperature is too low 70 to 78 is perfect humidity is also too high at 80% you want to be around 45% get a tent and a good light should help

She is in some desperate need of light my friend. Window growing is possible, but if they aren't getting atleast 8 hours of good direct sunlight they wont get very big. If you do not have the room to set up a grow tent, look into "space buckets". You can put together a nice little grow set up for little money.
