Do I need to buffer Plagron Coco coir?

I never used this brand before so was wondering if any one has experience with Plagron Cocos Premium.
Do I need to buffer it with cal/mag before use or can I use it directly from the bag?

I would. I usually use Canna but also plagron and the plagron did at every transplant cause a mg Def. To be safe I'd say yes

I measured the earth and its 17.5 C
mind you on the top side which is moist

Problem measuring EC. Is it my measuring device? Or maybe my measuring method? Im very confused. Help please!!I ve performed several EC readings in water comming off my pot when I water and they always give very high values: 3.5 to 4.5. People told me it shoudnt be higher than 2.5. How do you wash your coco?I'd like to reuse my coco, so just wondering how some of you that use it wash yours in prep for another grow.
