Do I need to buffer Plagron Coco coir?

I never used this brand before so was wondering if any one has experience with Plagron Cocos Premium.
Do I need to buffer it with cal/mag before use or can I use it directly from the bag?

I would. I usually use Canna but also plagron and the plagron did at every transplant cause a mg Def. To be safe I'd say yes

Soil recommendation? Typically use Fox Farms Happy Frog but price keeps going up and quality seems much lower, lots of sticks, not mixed well etcIs there any soil recommendations anyone can make that are good but a less pricey? Dont get me wrong, I love Fox Farm’s, and 38/bag isnt terrible. I’m just curious if anyone has found a more mainstream soil that’s as good of soil. Will an air stone in reservoir of water under a fabric pot filled with soil contribute anything?Soil based grow. 3 gallon fabric pot placed in a 5 gallon bucket, with holes drilled out the bottom. Adjusting Soil pHBiobizz Lightmix is the only soil I could see 6.5 that's why I use it but this time I measure it's 7 my question how come does it happen even though the water it's been getting was no more than 5.8 all the time?
