Ph of the soilPh of the soil, I checked with this 2 ph meter but I dont know the credibility, if that work.. I see that is around 8.0 but I use water at 6.0ph and soil light mix biobizz, bio grow ,calmag , bio heaven. Are biology shouldn't change the ph.. how is possible? Advise?

Can you please tell me if the sides need to be covered with earth?When I covered the soil in the beginning it wasn't like that, but after waterings the soil shrunk and now there is space between the pot fabric and the soil. Should I add more soil to avoid root problems? And also the water drains down there and quickly runs downhill đ

Soil recommendation? Typically use Fox Farms Happy Frog but price keeps going up and quality seems much lower, lots of sticks, not mixed well etcIs there any soil recommendations anyone can make that are good but a less pricey? Dont get me wrong, I love Fox Farmâs, and 38/bag isnt terrible. Iâm just curious if anyone has found a more mainstream soil thatâs as good of soil. I got a dehumidifier to regulate and keep the humidity in 50%.
When i opend the deposit of the water of the dehumifier i found these little flies that are the classic Substrate fly (nasty but no harm).
Do yall think that the dehumidifier got them? Has this even happened to U6y ago

re-using soil worth it?Anyone with experience (give comparison growth, yield,...).... I use biobizz light mix. Normally, I only have to mix the soil with a bit of fresh soil and worm hummus to activate organic life again. And ofcourse break the old plant material with enzymes first and let it restSetup. adjusting ph level with BioBizz Light Mix and coco mixI have been adjusting my ph level to around 6.2-6.5. Now I'm wondering whether this was a mistake (see previous post), since I'm using BioBizz Light Mix (60%), coco coir (30%) and perlite (10%) as my substrate. Our tap water has a ph level of about 7.3.Week 5

bad soilthe very bottom (1-1.5â) of my soil wonât drain. itâs compact and wet. becoming acidic(ph5, and the ph comes up to 6.8 the less deep u go) should i take the plant out from the pot and replace the shitty soil? i feel like i should. i just need encouragement and directionWeek 5

Brand new coco shows PH at 4.5, plants in germination stateI am germinating my seeds in coco. My coco shows PH of 4.5! That seems way too low! I tried to flushing with PH 6.7 water without any effect (see growdiary for more info). What should I do? Is something wrong with my coco?
