adjusting ph level with BioBizz Light Mix and coco mixI have been adjusting my ph level to around 6.2-6.5. Now I'm wondering whether this was a mistake (see previous post), since I'm using BioBizz Light Mix (60%), coco coir (30%) and perlite (10%) as my substrate. Soil recommendation? Typically use Fox Farms Happy Frog but price keeps going up and quality seems much lower, lots of sticks, not mixed well etcIs there any soil recommendations anyone can make that are good but a less pricey? Dont get me wrong, I love Fox Farm’s, and 38/bag isnt terrible. I’m just curious if anyone has found a more mainstream soil that’s as good of soil. False reading or Hi PH?Is 20% humus lombrico mixed in my substrate giving a false ‘hi’ ph reading? Or is it truly over the max reading? soil not accepting waterSo last Sunday I watered in a little less than a gallon for each, in 7-gallon pots. the bottom is soaking wet, but about 1/2 inch down the soil seems bone dry. Medium is FF ocean forest and SOHUM Super soil at the bottom. the plants are showing over/underwatered. What do i do??5y ago

DWC air pumpAnyone with previous experience, what's the minimum/optimum size pump for my air bubbler? I have a cheapo single line pump, I'm assuming it's enough but not optimum. Fill up plant potsI mounded the soil around the stems of my plants to give them extra support, which creates a small hill in the center of the pot.
Now I’m thinking about filling up the rest of the pot with soil to level it out.

Adjusting Soil pHBiobizz Lightmix is the only soil I could see 6.5 that's why I use it but this time I measure it's 7 my question how come does it happen even though the water it's been getting was no more than 5.8 all the time?
