Anyone experienced leaf burn from a high intensity LED? I think that's what has happened to a few of the plants and I hope I caught it in time but the yellowing leaves don't seem to be getting any greener. They are starting to get a few random rust/dark spots on affected leavesWeek 8

Brown edges fan leavesLeaves edges been turning dark brown/black then the rest of leaf turns yellow and eventually i can pull it off. Has slowly been happening since adding rhino-k. after 2 weeks I m very worried about my lady’s. at first I thought it was over feeding so flushed the bed and started again. I had left my pump on constant so put it back to timer. But I m still getting a lot of brown spotting on leafs and there dying from the edge in root rot??Week 11
