What causes the symptoms on ERB1 like curled leaves and yellow depressed areas on leaf surface? Could be nutrient toxicity?

High humidity for long periods on root zone, causing lack of oxigen, water less in quantity or frecuency till you find the sweet spot.

Watered less then 24hrs ago. Very hot in the tent. Can I water again??Am I able to water her daily? I watered her 2.5L less then 24hrs ago now and she's already feeling light and looking droopy and sad. Drooping leaves and purple underside of leaves in seedling. (Pics in Diary) Pls help!I'm on day 11, under 315cmh (20") from tops of plants. I am watering with 6.2ph well water. Temps 65-75. Promix HP is grow medium. Pots have adequate drainage. The Gelatos are drooping, stems are reddish and the underside of the leaves are purple. What am I messing up??
