If the plant is only making a few can pluck em off, but if it keeps pumping out more and the plant grows bigger the chances of you missing one is higher and one sack can pollinate the entire tent.
Sometimes it best to isolate the plant or get rid of it.

It’s a pain when that happens. Just get some tweezers and pinch off any male flowers until harvest time. Just expect some flowers might have seed in them. Or cut your loses and start again.
