hi this is my first ever Auto-flower grow and i want to increase main cola sites. So I am wondering at what age is the best time to start low stress training. My plants are at 14 days from germination today and are 4 inches tall now. I appreciate any help and thanks in advance

You'd want to start now, firstly just gently bend the main stem away and to the side of the pot and tie her down. Then within a few days the smaller shots will take over. 🌱😁

Sooner the better imo! Don’t want it too stuff and can’t bend! If you’re just LST then it’s not really hurting anything so no worry

Are these calyxes or do I have a herm?I'm noticing these on my plant. They all have pistols coming out of them so I don't think they're pollen sacs. I've heard of Hermaphrodite plants; I'm guessing that is what happened. Not sure if it is genetic thing or if certain cultivation practices cause this?
