Hello,
I love using molasses in my grows, especially towards the mid/end of flowering..but when i do, i noticed it has an incredible capacity for lowering the ph of my water...and probably my soil if i didnt adjust the ph after adding it.
Potassium deficiency and excess always look a bit the same to me...but i know for toxicity one cause can be a decrease in soil ph. So perhaps the molasses is to blame.
I'd say go in with a nice clean flush and then come in with a very mild nutrient solution at your desired ph and hope the problem stops, and gets better.
*the burnt tips seem like they're going in a bit further than average nutrient burn, so hopefully it is more of a ph trigger than anything else?
Good luck with the remedies. Ive heard using kelp extract and silica can be a good plant tonic for stressed or damaged plants.
Happy growing and don't panic...just problem solve. ✌️
