Is that the only branch doing that? It looks like variegation starting to me. I've had it in several strains where a side shoot would just spit half good half weird splotchy leaves. If it isn't spreading and not on other areas of the plant its probably genetic mutation. Nothing you can do about it, if that bud is going to be tiny anyway you can just cut it off so more energy to good nodes. Look up cannabis variegation all sorts of weird things can happen when breeding seeds. I can't attach a pic but I've had a bud that was split right down the middle like that, weird on one side, symmetric and green on the other.

The most common causes of yellowing on the leaves like that are these in no particular order: 1. A lack of proper light. 2. Over or under-watering. 3. An overload of nutrients. 4. Cold temperature. Here are some simple techniques to find a solution for your plant: 1. Try rotating the plant everytime you water so that the light consistently hits it from different angles as the angle it’s at may be restricting its light intake. But also keep in mind it may be because your light source is too close to your plant. 2. For watering you want to make sure you completely moisten the soil each time you water and have a good drainage system for the used water to leave the soil. Stagnate water can encourage bacteria and mold growth and can also directly damage you plants. Although never seeing your soil dry out might also be a sign of overwatering so watch out for that. 3. Nutrient overload also known as ‘nute burn’ can be easily solved by decreasing its nutrient dosages per feeding. A great way to keep a good balance of nutrients is to switch between using just water and using water + nutrients each time. 4. Lastly if the temperature is dropping below 68 F there are a couple things to easily counter this. One, make sure your fan or air intake system is NOT directly hitting your plant as this can cause a cold draft and harm your plant. Also if you do photo-periods you can run your lights in the night time to create that extra heat and have them off in the daytime to keep it cool. Side note: Although this is more uncommon some yellow/brown splotches can mean your plant may have a viral infection or pests in which case more intense action may be needed. If this is true keep it away from your other plants as the infection could easily spread to healthy plants. A lot of growing is learning and experimenting so try all of the above and see what works for your plant. I’d suggest buying a temp/humidity monitor along with ph test strips so you can better judge what the best coarse of action would be for your conditions. As always happy growing friend. ;)

Your having a problem with the roots you can tell from the flowers and the leaves. This is something that needs to be corrected immediately or it will affect your yield if it hasn't already. It looks as if you don't have enough drainage holes and when the roots are left in stagnant water for too long, they can't get enough oxygen and tend to develop root problems. Hopefully this was helpful and remember " Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time".

Have you done a thorough inspection for pests??? This looks like what it could be... Doesn't look like a deficiency, I see more like an uneven growth like the plant is being damaged in specific areas...
