Hook an extractor fan up to a carbon filter and use that to extract the humid air and get rid of the smell :) if your able to anyway :) thats how i do it anyway as i find it keeps the risk of bud rot and mold to a minimum :) best of luck buddy and cograts on such a nice harvest :) great work :)

Definitely a bad idea to dry buds with your growing plants. Light is the biggest factor in degrading THC and grow lights are 100x more intense than normal room lighting and the humidity in that tent would be off the charts, which is bad for the growing plants. A small tent is not a good place to dry weed. A dark room is better with a fan moving air around but not pointed directly at the weed. Even with a carbon filter, i doubt you'll control that smell. As with a tent, if you can create negative pressure where it is drying and forcing all air through the carbon filter, it will reduce stank and avoid leakage of that stank. Maybe, dry trim will help? I wet trim and cutting it up after chopping definitely releases stank.

take a cardboard box to make it dark, spread the harvests inside the box, install a computer cooler to keep the air flowing

There is a smell machine i bought that gets rid of smells. I swear it's f.....g amazing. When dry you will always get a smell, carbon filters are great. But, you can smell it. (The carbon filter) The odour Neutralizer. The machine itself is very cheap. Its the oil. Like 100ml is 70euro. Altogether the kit cost 100 euro. And, its not like spraying something that covers the smell up. This eliminates end odour. And leaves a fresh smell (you wouldn't be able to say, that was just sprayed) I seriously had my doubts but its won which choice awards (not handed out to any owl products). For instance my grow room. I used plagrons fish shit and my god. The smell in my grow room was nasty. I had this in it, came back 6hrs later. (This was my 1st true experience, idk maybe the smell was gone earlier but I couldn't believe it. A carbon filter and tent, is great.. but I plug this machine outside inside my grow room I've done away with filters. A 100ml running 24/7 lasts about 6-8 weeks. Its expensive but, if you wanna truly eliminate not scrub the smell. An elim machine will work wonders if you're worried about opening the door and somebody getting the smell of dying weed (as we all know, there's a massive dif between smoked and growing/drying MJ 20c is the higher end of drying temps. Keep your RH around the 60 area. Hang it whole, untrimmed to prolong the drying time a common problem ppl get when growing home grown is drying. And end up with bush whack. The bud when held close to the nose smells like hay. The Kit look into it in the future. To get through this grow, yes that temp is fine. No direct air blowing on the bud. The exhaust alone (that air exchange is perfect for drying) Good luck.

Ya, a carbon filter is just about your only option. I live on the second floor of a 4 floor apartment building and i just trim right in my livingroom...fuck it lol. Thing is, there is so much positive pressure in the hallways of my building that nothing gets out into the hall. I run hose into an extra bathroom i don't use and run the ceiling fan 24/7 which blows out into the courtyard lol, fuck it. Thats me though, i just don't fuckin care anymore. (welcome to your 50's lol ) But i would suggest buying a cheap as amazon 3x3 tent,a 4" exhaust fan. Hell, even a 50 dollar 4" inline fan. Hook that up in the tent and run the hose outside to a carbon filter that can stand on the floor. Just roll up the pre-filter and put it inside the carbon filter housing and hook up your hose. You'll wanna make sure that fan can be controlled so that it doesn't suck the moisture out fast. Maintain a 60% humidity if possible. You can get a inkbird humidity controller off amazon for about 50 bucks. So, 3x3 tent 4" inline fan Dryer hose inkbird humidity controller And a circulation fan. Can get all that setup for about 200 canadian, maybe 250
