My plants stopped growth. I have no idea why was conservative with water fed nutrients basic hydroponics micro grow bloom and cal mag growing in coco ph my water got a new meter and calibrated it 18/6 light schedule 5 gallon pots strain jack 47xl auto feminized by sweet seeds

Why dont my plants grow towards the middle/light and instead concentrate near the walls?Looks like my plants are growing towards the wall and not towards the middle where the light should be the best.
Why do the plants behave like that and what should I do?
Raise the net, rotate some of the plants, then redo the net?
