This isn't mold, but with a humidity of 70 the mold could set in any day. The curling up on your leaves is heat stress. That combined with high humidity is causing the leaves to have issues with proper transpiration. I would move the lights up if possible, get an oscillating fan running directed above your plants, make sure you have adequate exhaust pulling air out, and add a dehumidifier to get the humidity down. This will get you back in track to some healthy plants. Good luck finishing them up!
