To me it looks like you might have went a little overboard defoling and you got some toxicity going on, either from salt buildup or possibly from a pesticide if one was used for your bug problems. I'd consider a flush.

Is she (auto)flowering!?The first image is from D60, the others D66. The light cycle is set to 18/6, she was in a tent with 8 other plants and no other shows symptoms of flower. Plant fell over 2 days ago - perhaps this calyx came in contact with the floor and removed the 'skin' of the calyx? Is she starting to herm?
