They don’t look that good at the bottom leafs and i have no idea what the cause may be :( The dry tips that changed Color also were dropping the leafs edges like the first picture shows

Stain on the leaves, pale Okey so the leaves stopped curling down but I found a little weird because the leaves are pretty pale, and sort of a pale darker stain on the leaves of 1 plant.. never seen that, anyone knows what can it be ?
