Is it a thing to harvest the plants in 2 time? Underneath the canopy there's a new layer of flowering bud site after I defoliated 2 weeks ago. Chop the top buds and wait 10-15 days to give these new buds more time and light you develop. I hope you understand what I mean 🙄 lol

I absolutely agree to your plans Of harvesting in Etaps. I do it often on my Outdoors, because i dont Train those plants . and sometimes are not all Flowers matured. So I take the Ready ones, and let her stand for 10-14 days longer ( or as Long as it tooks)… Happy etap-Harvesting

If you had a bit of under canopy lighting those buds may have become bigger, will be harvesting over three weeks on my table as flowering at all different stages a little confusing as when to put in pk13/14 but not a problem

@HueyBrown hi mate it's absolutely ok to harvest in stages infact just recently I grew a cosmic queen auto and harvested half an ounce one week then let the lower buds mature for another 10 days then harvested a bit over half an ounce from them but if I had of chopped it all at once I would have got a lot less 👍

Yeah it is definitely a thing and you can do it, but if you are using chemical fertilizers then this causes any issue with your flush. You really want to flush all the fertilizers out of your plant or it could be harsh and taste bad. After you flush and harvest your top buds then your lower buds won't have any food to finish up. In my opinion it is best to focus on your tops. Let them ripen up and go as long as possible to give the lower buds the best chance of ripening. And there are a lot of great uses for the fluffy lower popcorn buds like hash or edibles. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Yes, if you have grown buds that did not have sufficient light, you can harvest the top buds and then harvest the lower buds when they are ready. You should check trichomes before harvesting. Let me know if you need anything else.
