Trichomes amber and clear on headbud

So the Trichomes are like all over the place, on the Headbud i have clear and amber ones, but Not many Milky, i really dont know how to ready them in this plant, the lower buds Look more Milky tho. Is it allready time to harvest? When i can i would leave it for another week.

Normally, I'd always say the extra week, but judging by the ambers I'd harvest now, another week on that will do little more than put you to sleep.

Hi, yeah in the first picture there are hardly any milky ones to be seen. Are those the buds or more like sugar leaves? If they are the buds, I would harvest, because there are already some amber ones and that means the breakdown of THC to CBN, but if they are the sugar leaves you can wait a bit longer.

Light height during stretch Two weeks or so into flowering my cream auto and she’s stretching nicely, main cola grew over 2 inches overnight. Am I supposed to raise the light as she stretches? HLG 100 about 15 inches away now. Thanks!

After this grow, I separated a few of the smaller nugs(3.5g)& stuck them n freezer. Been 3 bout 4 months, wonder if I can use them for anything? Im out of bud to smoke so mayb I can dry& smoke it... or can/should I press it? if I dry&smoke, will it take longer or shorter dry?
