From what I understand - the seed has enough nutrients stored to get through the first few weeks without any supplemental nutrients. If you plant into 'hot' or nutrient-rich soil, there's a chance you'll burn the plant with toxicities e.g. Nitrogen. Please take note - I have no experience with using your line of amendments, but I would wait to feed for a couple weeks at least. As long as your potting soil has enough drainage and has optimal moisture level to germinate, the plant will do the rest on its own.
