Nutes Deficit - Yellow lower leaves and yellow tips. What to do?

if its true, that your ph is 5.9 and you grow in soil, then you screw up pots ph. now its too low and plants cant absorb, plus you feed too light if numbers are right in nutes description. they lack nitrogen , calcium and potash i would guess by look.
