Having humidity problems.using 4 inch inline fan with a carbon filter, 400w hid with enclosed hood.(dwc)2weeks from finish
Which is better to lower humidity, bigger fan or a dehumidifier? And if a dehumidifier,big one or small one like off amazon.

A medium size humidifier from Amazon is your best bet to get the humidity down. I would recommend paying attention to the size of the water collecting container when you choose one. This will make a difference in how often you have to drain it. If you can't get the humidity down then an oscillating fan will lower the risk if any mold setting in. Good luck finishing them up.

Yay, I ordered a growlight + tent + accessories! I'm planning to install all of this in my basement. I have a small window that I could use to send the filtered exhaust air to. but will it suffice to just get intake air from the basement itself? Or would I need an air purifier?

Exhausting air outside when using Air Conditioning, yes or no?Hi there. This is my first indoor grow in soil. I have a room with A/C. The grow tent is in that room. ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm). HumiditéHumidity varies quite a bit and I invested in a humidifier but it doesn't solve the issue. I have 2 fans and two passive intakes, but I think I have too many plants and I'm in a basement. Thank you very much, humidity is not good for flowering.

Right now, I'm only getting 24-26 degrees Celsius during the day (more 26 than 24) and a maximum of 21 degrees at night.
Is that sufficient for the ladies, or do I need to take action? They are showing no signs of illness.
