Depends on what you desire, and you should consider that this picture is from a leaf, they get ready faster than flowers, so on your flower might not be that rate of colors.
Also if you let is get all amber you may get more cbd, depending on your strain for sure, and a different effect of high. You might read about it in any link at your search engine... Wish you a great harvest!

You trichomes are milk colored, some amber color. Is definitely ready.

I see mostly cloudy and quite a few amber so if your calyxes look the same then I would say it's time. Just make sure the trichomes on your buds are the same because the trichomes on the leaves usually amber up before the actual buds do. Good luck on your harvest!
