enaught defoliation?

Would you guys still defoliate? If not because its enaught leafs taken off Or because its too late in flower? Just talking about big leafs which block some light from other buds.. Im not sure if its better to just let them alone for rest of flower or if its still beneficial...🙌

Yeah you can remove some of the leaves blocking light to buds. Your plants are healthy and have a ton of fan leaves so removing a few here and there won't bother them at all. Good luck finishing them up!

They way Iook at it, if you are just 3 weeks away from harvest, removing "only" those large fan leaves to uncover other "growing" buds is OK. I assume those small leaves protruding from the buds are absorbing the light waves needed to keep the buds fattening up. Hopefully there are enough lower fan leaves left, to help those less unfortunate popcorn buds. You could also try folding/tucking those larger leave out of the way, if you don't like trimming this far into flower.
