What do you think, how long should I wait with harvesting?

I'm not sure when to harvest, because it's my first one. The trichomes are milky, the leaves are frosty. Strain is a GG#4 Auto. Don't want to miss the perfect moment.

To flower or not to flower?Some of the plants are 6 inches high and others 7 inches. looking great with thick leaves and strong stems - tent is 120cmx60cmx120, thinking to flip to 12/12 at the end of next week which will be 4 weeks veg. All plant show def due to bad weather and pot not dry after 5 days, help?weather been bad all week (cloudy, windy and cold; 9 celcius at night and 14 during the day).
