What do you think, how long should I wait with harvesting?

I'm not sure when to harvest, because it's my first one. The trichomes are milky, the leaves are frosty. Strain is a GG#4 Auto. Don't want to miss the perfect moment.

Am I right in thinking as long as these girls have shown sex on a 20/4 light schedule they will start to flower soon?
Also, Photos require 12/12 to show sex right?

ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm). When will it start flowering?This plants is more than 7 weeks old right now. I got it as a gift, when it was 3-4 days old. It's soppose to be gorilla glue auto. But it didn't start flowering yet.
