As the title says, no tip on this plant. See the picture attached. Does it worth to wait or I should put a new seed?

kinda looks weird. Start again. The leaves are long and thats weird to me, I'm sure it will grow int something, but likely not anything amazing.

Start again........life is too short to grow "maybes"! Anything that starts off weird is a waste of time in my opinion, I am not interested in spending months hoping eveything will be ok. Besides, not all seeds make it.

Give it a second... but yeah if you have no growth tip it'll take a long time for a new one to grow, if it survives to do it. I've seen a growth tip pop out of a stump of a harvested autoflower before, lol... but the time frame is probably prohibitive, so just plant more. Just depends on you and your feelings / context. could set it aside and start a new one too... Always a good idea to plant more than you need and cull the weak. I understand that the price of some seed may make that untenable. Even if it is an autoflower, i'd suggest starting in a proper seedling container. It's a myth that up-pottingn will shock a plant. If you don't molest the rootball, like michael jackson cornering an 8year old, all is fine. Don't trust me? This urban myth is dealth with on cocoforcannabis too. It's one of those things that gets repeated constantly but is based on nothing but a misconeption. Sometimes when you put a tiny plany into a big pot it does slow down above ground, but that doesn't mean it's roots aren't trying to figure out it's new confinements. "transplanting" - the technical term is much more damaging to roots than up-potting. What we do is called "up-potting." though they get used interchangeably by most, including me. check out the guides and articles in dr photon's corner of cocoforcannabis. By far the least amount of bro-science involved.

Some will say to start over again. I’m of the camp of giving it a chance to prove itself. But if you’re not happy with it and have more beans to pop then start an other one. I just don’t like to prematurely kill something I brought to life. That’s me though.
