Will this be ok or should I wrap some duck tape around her I think it will be ok but want some second opinion I seem to be obsessed with HST and bending and snapping branches too much

Yeah it would be good to give it a little tape wrap for a few days. Just don’t leave it on for an extended period of time as it will inhibit stem growth. She’ll recover from this. Though HST is cool try not to split stems as it can really make the plant vulnerable to pests and diseases.
I understand you though as I love to manipulate my plants as well. Gentle hands not gorilla hands 🤣.

She'll be more than okay, she will be all the better for it as long as something nasty doesnt get in (use duct tape or green tape).
Those fractures will turn into strong knuckles and provide additional strength/support to your lower structure.
