You are over watering. Early on the root system is less developed so it cannot uptake as much water. May want to water less each watering and less frequently. Atleast for the first few weeks. Also be careful with the nutes. Most seeds have enough nutrition in them for the first week of life and depending on your soil could be a few more weeks worth of nutrients left in there. easy on the watering. i give my seedlings about 30 ml every day with a spray bottle misting lightly 2 times a day. 200 ml every other day and nutes at seedling stage is way to much.
