Ok. So, I'm trying to grow as "organic" as I can. That said, I'd like to "boost" with commercially available products. I have been looking at TPS and am wondering about it. Heard of the end result looking like PGR. Any thoughts?

TPS = [Ca(H₂PO₄)₂ . H₂O] aka Triple superphosphate Not a PGR. just available phosphate. Organic in chem means it contains Carbon and that does not. Organic in terms of plants is a bit of a wish wash term. varies on state/provence/territory and country. To my organic growing is not useing anything to harsh in terms of pesticides and herbicides and growing in good soil useing whole ingredient things to feed the soil "amendments" that in turn feeds the plants. I try and avoid heavy process fertilizers as they can negatively effect soil life. Plants can't tell the difference between a manufactured salt based fert and amendments, once the molecule is available it takes it up. the bonus for me with amendments is that they help build soil life that has a synergistic relationship with the plants. The microboes break the amendments down and make other things and protect from pathogenic organisms. I feel this is needed long term if you plan on growing in the same stuff year after year outdoors.

Would love to know the answer here too. It’s cheap. Would you have to lower base nutes to compensate for the ppm from the TPS?
