Bad genetics or bad training?

I’m a bit puzzled with this girl? She has started to preflower even though I have light schedule 19/5 and she’s a photoperiod. I have topped and lst her the same as all the other strains in the tent. Does anyone know what could have been the cause? Bad genetics?

That might just be preflower hairs (genetics), I have a Royal Cookies mother that does exactly the same: an explosion of white hairs after cloning, really puffy like cotton, those will dissapear once she gets into real flowering.

They handle very well to aggressive feeds, runoff was 4000ppm, not a single sign of overfeeding,

Flowering/Preflowering/Showing Sex in Vegative stage?Today I noticed all my outdoor plants have pistils after being 3-5weeks outside. Is this normal and will they continue veg due to increasing days/temps? Also, could this be reversed with additional light? Currently in the 7th week of Spring with 14h light and 13h sunrise.
