Even canopy requires constant maintenance over time -- anything gains apical dominance, you break it - temporarily. (break apical domiinance, not literally damaging the plant, lol)
Easier to do that as it happens then to allow it to grow significantly taller with larger variances in height to fix.
I see no reason to remove any leaves. You can even use the scrog to help spread them out if they are touching each other -- Consistent resulting condensation on leaves is a good reason to remove one.
Leaves are not just solar panels. They are the lungs and CO2 is your limiting factor. Don't limit it further if you don't have to.
Relative to that tent, you could have flipped before this point. It'll doulbe or even triple in size after flipping to 12/12. So, 70% of L and W = about 50%. Good way to look at it and you'll gain more familiarity with what to expect soon enough. If things get too crowded, can prunen off some axillary growth. As with the leaves above, you don't want a cola leaning on a tent wall for 5-6 weeks... just gonna grow some mold. (elevated risk)
You only need 2.5-3 colas per sq ft to maximize yield. more than that will just increase proportion of 'lesser' buds and potentially cause excess stretch if over-crowded. The competition for light will cause overly lanky plants.
