65% RH in early Flower to reduce VPD to 1.3 ? good / bad ?

I have the problem that I should give my plants more light to benefit from the C02 I have increased day 5 Flower from 25 to 30 DLI. Environment 24C Leaf temp 25.5-26C leafe vpd 1.3 @65RH have tried to raise the light and turn it up more to get back to 30 dli, leaf temp unchanged

If you are feeding extra co2 you should have no problem doing 64 DLI which is 1500 PPFD at the canopy level.But she's going to get hungry and thirstier. I do 46dli 1000 PPFD without c02 but i haven't tested my levels i think they are decent. your vpd is perfect for flower. I have a hard time keeping humidity down sometimes and 70 percent is not unheard of, once i start getting over 75 i get worried though.late in flower i try to be 60% or less.

During the first 2-3 weeks of flowering it is not a problem for most plants to be around 70% rh for some time. There may be plants that dont like it though. Your plants are drooping a little bit, are they just thirsty on the picture?
