I have a question, in my plants they all became hermaphrodites and nearby I had some small ones that are still in vegetation, could this affect their sex even if they are not in bloom?

No sex is a genetic factor, but hemaphroditsm can also be caused by stressful environmental conditions. One plants sex can not influence another plants sexual outcome.

I found changing light schedules alot gradually causes slight hermie too. Thought mimicking nature's gradual would be beneficial but it seemed to always cause there to be 1 or 2 seeds in a batch.

sex is not contagious. The things that determine the plants sex are already predetermined in its genetics. Some plants will turn hermi from stress and other plants are better at handling that. But if you are not stressing your plants and they all turned hermi then that's from shit seeds/genetics. Their are some things in the environment that can mess with this. Like Silver, it has the ability to block some plant hormones and cause both sexes to be displayed, but it's not a common thing and must be added into the grow for it to happen, also one of the PGR's on the market in higher concentrations causes them to change sex, again not common and need to add things into the grow to make it happen, this is a process called reversing and used to make fem seed. I would guess you are growing bag seeds, aka seeds you found in other buds your purchased. This is why growing bag seed is a risk, it amounts to a lot of disappointment. My buddy grew aorund 20 seeds he accumulated from off market dispensary weed and only 2 where females, the rest were hermi's or males. The 2 did not produce much as they got pollinated. I grew out 4 seeds from one of my old grows, 1 died, 1 was male and 2 where female. No idea where it got pollinated from. likely self. but still not worth it.

No its completely unrealated. Even if they were in bloom another plants sex does not determine another plants sex.
